Thank you for shopping with Accur Gift. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship within the United States only, including: All 50 states, Washington, D.C.,U.S. territories and military addresses (shipping times may vary)
We do NOT ship internationally at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it usually takes 1–3 business days to process before shipping.
Processing time may vary during Holidays, High-volume seasons, Supplier delays, Product restocks.
3. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times within the United States:
Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days
(Varies depending on supplier location, warehouse, and final destination)
Some items may arrive sooner, while others may take longer—typically up to 15–20 business days, especially during peak seasons or courier delays.
We do not guarantee delivery dates.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking link to update after shipment.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the products ordered.
Some promotions may include free shipping on selected items.
6. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses
If the package is returned to the supplier due to an incorrect address, you may request:
Reshipment (additional shipping fee may apply), or
Partial refund (shipping costs cannot be refunded)
7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
A package is considered lost when the carrier confirms it cannot be found.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it:
We will assist you in contacting the carrier, but we are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery unless insurance (if offered) was purchased.
We may request documentation such as a non-receipt affidavit before issuing a resolution.
8. Delayed Deliveries
Shipping times may be affected by:
Weather events
Carrier delays
High seasonal volume
We cannot issue refunds solely for delivery delays unless the item is confirmed lost.
9. No International Shipping (For Now)
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
This includes: Canada, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, Latin America, Oceanic regions
International shipping may be added in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
