If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.

1. Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase ONLY if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
If your order has already entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns
Returns are accepted only when:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong item
Your item arrives in a condition not as described on our website
We may require: Photos or videos showing the issue, a description of the problem,
The order number and email used at checkout
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
3. We offer a full refund or replacement if:
The item arrives damaged
The item has a manufacturing defect
You received the wrong product
You must notify us within 30 days of delivery with supporting evidence.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom-made items
Clearance or final-sale items
Any item marked “non-returnable” on the product page
5. How to Request a Refund or Return

Full name
Order number
Description of the issue
Photos or videos of damage/defect (if applicable)
Allow up to 48–72 hours for us to review your request.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing times:
3–5 business days for us to issue the refund
5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete it
